Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• For hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 working days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
